This Cancellation and Refund Policy defines the terms governing subscription cancellations, workspace provisioning costs, and payment processing for the CropX SaaS Platform (https://cropx.app), owned and operated by Wealthcrop E Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
1. Subscription Cancellation Framework
- User-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your CropX recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address.
- Notice Period: To avoid automated recurring charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Service Continuity: Following a valid cancellation request, your dedicated workstation workspace (`{slug}.cropx.app`) will remain accessible until the end of the current active paid period.
2. Refund Terms for Digital Cloud Infrastructure
Upon successful payment confirmation, CropX instantly provisions dedicated cloud execution resources, configures network routes, allocates static IP bindings, and isolates tenant database instances. Therefore:
- Non-Refundable Subscription Fees: Setup fees, monthly subscriptions, and annual SaaS plans are non-refundable once the cloud workstation instance has been provisioned.
- Unused Service Period: We do not offer pro-rated refunds or partial credits for early account closure or unused days within an active billing cycle.
3. Exceptions, Payment Gateway Drops & Duplicate Debits
- Duplicate Charges: In the event of a payment gateway error or network drop resulting in multiple debits for a single subscription order, the excess amount will be verified and refunded in full.
- Processing Timeline: Verified duplicate charges are processed via our banking partners (e.g., Razorpay) and credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
